Windows 10: Desktop asks for PW every time after I've logged in

    Desktop asks for PW every time after I've logged in


    Desktop keeps saying there's a problem with my MS account, click to fix. I do and it wants PW and then says OK no problem BUT it happens EVERY time I fire it up. Never happens on the Surface Book. If I ignore it everything works OK, it's just annoying that it says there's a problem with my AC every time I fire it up.

    I have done the chat with support and tried everything they said, it's updated to latest Win 10 version but no difference.

    Any Ideas?

    PW problem

    I purchased a laptop (Window 10 installed) from Dell a week ago.

    When I open the box and logged on, screen asked me PW and I created my PW.

    Today, I logged on and enter my PW but screen said it is invalid. I tried several time but failed.

    So, I attempted to reset my PW but screen asked me USB with PW record something(I do not remember exactly what they said). I plugged one of my USB but screen said it is not the one which has PW record something.

    Screen kept asking me something (like plug USB with PW records something) which I do not know.

    How can I reset my PW in easy way ?

    Your help will be appreciated!

    External Hard Drive (WD Elements) is visible in PW but not in explorer

    Desktop asks for PW every time after I've logged in

    change of PW Windows 7 - requesting USB/disk drive

    In my other computer, Windows 7 - Bitdefender suggested change of PW (none) to one to log in to the computer (laptop).

    As I changed it, it came up with an error, so I said to ask upon login.

    Now it won't let me access as it says that PW incorrect.

    Selecting Reset PW asks for disk drive or USB - and PW wizard states that I need to prepare the diskdrive for such a use.

    How/where can I do this???
