Windows 10: Desktop background becomes Black while using teams on external monitor

Hello community,I encountered an issue where my desktop becomes black frequently when i am using teams in foreground.This only happen when i connect my laptop from external monitor I am currently using up-to-date windows 11 , including latest updates if all graphic and other drivers as well . Is there issue in my graphics driver or something else ? And Yes when i hover my mouse over middle area of task bar it shows option highlights like show desktop, battery etc right in middle of the task bar and the my pc stops to take input many times and just i have re-start the explorer to get on track .

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.

External monitor blanking often

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• What is the make and model of your computer and external monitor?
• Have you installed all pending Windows and driver updates?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates in your PC and also update Display drivers. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: I would suggest you to check and install any latest Windows Updates available.

• Go to Start and then Settings.
• Click on Update and Recovery.
• Check for updates under
  Windows Updates.
• Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

Lost desktop background

I did a Search & Distroy spyware scan the other day, and one of the suggested "fixes" said something about removing Active Desktop. Like the muppet I am I clicked yes and am now without a desktop background picture.

Does anyone have an idea how to reverse this? If I try to select a picture it's simply not added as a background.
