Windows 10: Desktop Background Theme Changes Affect Other Users

Hi,I just installed Windows 11 in a brand new machine and I am facing this weird issue. I have two different users both as Administrators. When I change the desktop background theme wallpaper in one of them it affects the other too. The change usually affects the other user after I signed in and out for a couple of times or after rebooting the pc and not immediately. With that being said, sometimes it does happen immediately.I would like to have every user capable of choosing for themselves the wallpaper they want.Another issue I have encountered is when I choose one of the windows default t

Win-10 themes keep changing

• Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?

As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
• Select Theme and select the Default theme.
• Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
  and save it and check.

BACKGROUND THEME

Just upgraded my laptop to windows 10. Personalized background theme all ok. But then found that my desktop PC background theme had changed to the same one as my laptop. Not what I wanted.

I then reset my PC background theme only to find that it changed on my laptop also. Hubby uses the desktop PC and prefers a different background theme to me. But I cannot work out how to stop any change on one affecting the other. Can anyone help.
