Windows 10: Desktop CPU at work is shutting down while typing after newest update?

It will shutdown randomly or or while attempting to type, I say attempting because they key board is not working at all now.Yesterday before I shut down for the update everything worked fine. I come in the morning boot up and now it is acting completely crazy, the key board will not do anything but type random keys.I have checked sticky keys, I have restarted, I have cleaned the key board. I can not figure out what this malfunction is.

Windows 10 Desktop Not Working after Newest Update

I've just recently installed the newest Windows 10 update (the one for that 3D painting thing, I forget which update it actually was) and I opened up my computer this morning to log in, yet I was stuck with a never ending "Welcome..." while that spinny loop
thingy spun. After about half an hour, I shut off my computer and restarted it. Now, whenever I log in, I am greeted with a black screen and a mouse. I can open up the task manager, but that's about it. I tried opening apps and programs that were installed
on my computer, and that seemed to work, yet I still have no toolbar or desktop. Any solution this problem besides reinstalling my OS which is what EVERYONE seems to suggest off of the bat nowadays?

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
