Windows 10: Desktop Icons keep rearranging on dual monitors

Hi,Everytime I open my computer the desktop icons just distribute themselves on both monitor like they please. But when I unplug my second monitor they go back to the way I placed them on my first monitor. When I plug back my other monitor, it goes back to spreading across both of the monitors. My computer is all recent 2019 & + parts, my monitor is recent, my second monitor thought is a tv from a couple year ago but still kind of actual. So, I've searched for a solution online but didn't find any that worked. I have tried desktop icons settings, driver updates, taskbar settings, physi

desktop icons rearrange after connect/disconnect external monitor

I use a second monitor to extend my desktop every day at work. After upgrade to windows 10, everytime I disconnect the monitor and restart all of my icons are now shoved to the left and rearranged by type. This is very frustrating. I've got 'auto arrange
icons' deselected and haven't found any other options. This is getting pretty frustrating, anyone have any suggestions?

My desktop icons rearrange and split between my dual monitors. How do I get them to display on my main monitor only or on both, but not split?
