Windows 10: desktop icons show multi-users mode

    I just noticed this now, I'm not sure what does it mean.I'm just afraid that my desktop is hacked.This is my desktop view:1. Notice that folders have the small square showing it's shared or used by another account.2. The apps icons have X symbol. What does that mean ? I have not de-selected them from sharing them across my devices.3. A note that my desktop is shared with my laptop OneDrive with the same email account.Thanks,

    Remove Linux Desktop Icons

    I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

    Multi-user desktop icons

    Why is it the default behavior in Windows 10 to add desktop icons of apps installed by one user to all users desktops and conversely delete them from every one when a single user deletes it on their desktop? This behavior is exceedingly annoying when
    sharing a desktop with miltiple family members. Additionally, services like battle.net and Steam should not by default log in for every user. Any suggestions on how to fix this behavior?

    Cannot find Desktop Icon in File Explorer

    My Desktop is showing icons as normal. But if I try to find what is on my desktop by using file manager, I cannot find the icon. I also checked under C;\user my name, public, default and no desktop listed on any of them. Any suggestions?
