Windows 10: Desktop icons suddenly have no drop down menus

Right clicking icons no longer displays the dropdown menu with options delete, copy, share, open with, etc. Can someone please advise how to fix this problem? Windows ver 20H2

This is what I get for my LibreOffice shortcut on the Desktop with the latest Build:

Hi,

I think you are right clicking from the Start menu desktop and I suggest you to right click from the conventional desktop not the desktop you see when you press the Start menu. And perform the actions. You may aslo drag and drop the applications
as suggested, to do so,

• 
  Click on the Start menu.
  
• 
  Select All Apps.
  
• 
  Select the apps you want to in to the desktop and drag the icons to the desktop.

Lock Icon Sequence in a Toolbar

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to arrange desktop icons.

• 
  Right Click on desktop screen.
  
• 
  Place the cursor on View.
  
• 
  In drop down menu, select auto align and check.
