Windows 10: Desktop Icons will move to laptop screen, but only in one office location

Wondering if this happens to anyone else. I have a Lenovo laptop that I move around between 3 locations. Most of my system icons are on the laptop screen but I also have some on the second screen. At 2 of the locations where I plug in, the icons will stay where I put them. When I am at my home office they all move to the laptop screen, and they also rearrange randomly. When I unplug and go to my other offices they go back to the normal arrangement. In all 3 locations I use the exact same docking station. A Plugable USB 3.0. The only difference between the 3 is at my home office the sc

Program that saves the location of Desktop icons?

It would kind of make-sense if in a game you used a lower resolution than your desktop.
However, the sad news is that I have no idea how to fix it, whether there is a program that saves all your icon locations or why this is happening when your computer goes to sleep.

Are there any programs that will save the locations of my desktop icons? every time I play a game or my computer goes to sleep they get all f*&^ed up and its pissing me off.

nope. Its really weird and there is no reason it should be happening

The desktop icon are not even being sorted just randomly placed on my screen as if I had gone down a resolution and then back up.
