Windows 10: Desktop icons

Hello,I use a desktop and a laptop computer; all my files are on OneDrive.This means I can access them on both computers, OK.I have my desktop also stored on OneDrive, and some custom icons.Now the custom icons are in the "My Documents" folder.While the "DOS" path to this Documents folder is different on both machines, there is a "Pointer" set in Windows to direct the "My Documents" to the relevant "DOS" path, yes?I have a few internet shortcuts that I have set up custom icons for.The shortcuts are the same on both computers and open the web pages OK.However, the icons stored in a subfolder i

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

 

Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

• Right click on the desktop.
• Click on view
• Check the option auto arrange icons.
