Windows 10: Desktop is loading very slowly

The issue began about 12 hours ago. My computer simply failed to respond so I turned it off. When I attempted to turn it back on it send me to the log on screen still loading slowly then I was brought to a black screen. I restarted my computer several times tried to intervene with the start up process but got no where. Today I tried again and was able to get pass the black screen after a few hours. Now I am trying to access the task manager settings anything to figure out what’s going on and it’s taking incredibly long at least twenty minutes to load.When it was on a black screen it told me

• Other problems like enabling WSL(Windows service for Linux)
• Installing database like oracle 11g
• Enabling virtualization

Hi, have you done any research on this? A general search for

But there are so many factors: how large a file is each image: where are the files located: what is the speed of access to that location: what else is the PC doing at the same time..... (check your task manager).

Suddenly, everything loads slowly

Let's troubleshoot that using Windows Performance Toolkit.

1. Open a command line as an Administrator;
2. Type the following command in the command line Windows: cd %programfiles(x86)%\Windows Kits\10\Windows Performance Toolkit
3. type this command "wpr -start generalprofile -start CPU"; this will start trace recording.
4. Open Windows Explorer.
5. Open Firefox
   
   
6. After both of them loads, type this command to stop trace recording "wpr -stop %userprofile%\desktop\MyTrace.etl". The trace file will be created on your desktop.
7. Compress the resulting file (Important)
8. Share it through Send large files, share big documents with TransferNow or any other file sharing platform.

If Windows Performance Toolkit is not present on your system, you can download it from this link. After installing it, go back to step 1.
