Windows 10: Desktop is now useless. Can't even view. Who can help?

Discus and support Desktop is now useless. Can't even view. Who can help? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Message that sync no longer allowed. View only, but maximized view is now 1.5 x 1.5 inches high. I can't see that. All shortcuts wiped on desktop....     Desktop is now useless. Can't even view. Who can help?


    Message that sync no longer allowed. View only, but maximized view is now 1.5 x 1.5 inches high. I can't see that. All shortcuts wiped on desktop. Can't access or pull videos from desktop.What did Microsoft do? I haven't used the computer for days.

    Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

    Hi Laurie,

    As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

    I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

    • Right click on the desktop.
    • Click on view
    • Check the option auto arrange icons.
