    Desktop isn't responding


    I just restored my pc to Factory setting , after setting it up i found the desktop screen black and when i left or right click nothing happens , everything else works fine all the apps work the task bar fonctions , i can't seem to fix it

    Edit : i just found out that when i right click on the desktop the menu shows up After 5min

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Desktop isn't responding

    Windows 10 Mobile isn't picking up Outlook.com account

    I upgraded my husband's Lumia 640 from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile. His Outlook.com account isn't listed in Accounts under Settings in People and Calendar. I've been through all the steps to add an account, but the Outlook.com account still isn't
    listed. Can anyone suggest a workaround for this problem?
