Windows 10: Desktop Issues

So, sometimes, when I try to open my action center by clicking on it using the mouse, the icons will be like this, as an image attached below. However, the action center GUI will not open and to solve this, I would ususally use the Task Manager to restart explorer.exe to solve this problem. Another problem I have is that sometimes, while I am working, even if the computer is actively in use, both screens will black out until I move my mouse again to wake it up. Is my explorer.exe corrupted? do i have to use the media creation tool? I have lots of programs and files so i do not want to reset m

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

To resolve your issue with flickering desktop, we suggest that you update your display drivers with the steps listed below:

• Right-click Start, then select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters to find the name of your device.
• Right-click the device and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow steps to update display drivers.

Desktop Icons Won't Stay Put

As per the issue description I understand that you are facing issues with desktop icons.

I suggest you try the following step in order to arrange the icons.

• Right click on the desktop.
• Click on view
• Check the option auto arrange icons.
