Windows 10: Desktop keep randomly freezing

I have a Dell XPS 8940 which keeps randomly freezing. It's fully updated with all the firmware and windows updates and the browser is fully updatedIt has almost no programs - it's used entirely for browsing and watching videos and streaming. Outside of the Edge Browser it only has the Netflix appI did a reset to factory settings reinstall - it did not alleviate the issueI ran Dell's hardware diagnostic - no hardware issues foundAny ideas for a fix would be appreciated

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
