Windows 10: Desktop keeps flashing

    Desktop keeps flashing


    I tried finding someone else with this problem and solution with no luck.

    Windows 10 installed with no issue but when I sign in the cursor just acts as tho it is thinking and will not let me do anything. Also the desktop keeps flashing. Only way out is to task manager out and start over. But it it repeats again.

    Any suggestions to fix this.

    Problem with windows 10 install

    Tried and tried and tried this, but I keep getting the desktop view and not the sign-in screen. Very frustrating. My laptop keeps flashing and flashing.

    I tried to download and install windows 10

    I downloaded windows 10,but when I sign in and it goes to the desktop it keeps flashing and will not let me click on anything.Just flashs and flashs and don't stop.
