Windows 10: Desktop loose the printer

Hi to all.I'm facing a strange issue.In one of our desktop we facing this issue.User randomly lost the printer.The desktop is a Dell OptiPlex 7040 without Lpt port.I had try 2 different Pci-Ex card to LPT and one cable Usb to LPTAll with the same result.After the installation the printer work without any issue.If the user make restart or Power on many times windows shows the printer "not available".The OS of our desktop is windows 7 Sp1The Printer is a Datamax i-4208Thanks and regards.

• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue?

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the drivers for printer and check.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Print queue.
  
• 
  Right-click on the printer driver
  that is listed and click Update driver software.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to run the printer troubleshooter from
“Fix printer problems”
and then check if this fixes the issue.

I am sorry to know that you are having issues with Printer.

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

  Click on Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

• Press Windows/Start key.
• Type Devices and Printers and then tap or click Devices and Printers.
• Press and hold or right-click the printer you want to use, and then tap or click
  Set as default printer.
