  1. Desktop not showing from user profile

I had to do a clean install recently for my desktop. I succeeded without much issue except that now I cannot access my desktop from my user profile. Desktop not showing from user profile 39bcab23-edfe-4a8f-9a92-a52b553057d2?upload=true.png

I can still access my old desktop from windows.old folder but I want my new desktop to be visible from this folder so I can access it with scripts. How do I get the new desktop to have a native folder here that isn't just a shortcut?

    :)

  2. The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

    Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

    User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
    message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
