Windows 10: Desktop PC turned on for first time after 18 months

Hi. I'm turning on my Win 10 Desktop PC for the first time for 18 months.It cannot be easily networked just at the moment but I need to log into it.I was expected a password which I know but am being asked for a PIN which I don't.Is there a way to reveal my PIN on another device.I can login into my MS account using a password via an Android tablet or a Win 10 laptop if that helps.Thanks for any help.

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

Method 1: Turn off set time automatically.

  Click on date and time on desktop.
  
• 
  Choose date and time setting.
  
• 
  Turn off set time automatically.
  

See if that helps. If not, try performing system maintenance troubleshooter.

Method2:

Follow the steps to run System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer:

• Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all options on the left side of the window.
• Click on System Maintenance option.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

Check if it has improved the performance. If not, proceed to the next method.

Method 3: Set windows time service to Automatic.

• 
  Press windows + R and Type services.msc
  
• 
  Select windows time
  
• 
  Change start up type to Automatic
  
• 
  Restart your PC.

1.1 - Ideally put optical in SATA 0, and SSD in SATA 1, this will cause the optical drive to be the default 1st boot option. You can change it manually if not, but I like it this way
2.infinity - yes, that's fine. if it's above 70 +/- 5 degrees, then it may just need a repaste/remount
