    Desktop rebooted after benchmark test.

Ok gang. I built my System in January. You can view my specs. And I bought a MSI RTX 3080 OC on Saturday. I reformatted the drive over the weekend. Been running rock solid. Today I ran Heaven Benchmark. It completed the benchmark. As soon as I exited out of it. My system did a reboot. I looked in the event viewer. And all it said was it was an unexpected reboot. And maybe power related. No BSOD or mini dump file. Any help would be appreciated

    :)

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

    Remote desktop rebooting

    Hi,

We may need more information about the issue on the remote desktop that keeps rebooting, kindly respond to the following questions:

    • How do you access the remote desktop?
    • Is the process of the connection through a wireless connection?
We suggest that you check your firewall or antivirus settings if it is blocking the connection between the two devices.

We look forward to your response.

    Regards.

     HDD TEST

This last BSOD is quite different to the one I analysed before. It is not so clear from the analysis what is causing this system service exception. I would suggest that a check of the hard disk might be worth running. If this looks OK we can move on to RAM testing.

    Diagnostics Test [/i] HDD TEST
    *Arrow Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.
It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.
