    Desktop Shutting Down Instead of Going to Sleep

    After the recent Windows 10 update, April 2017, my computer started shutting down instead of going to sleep. My settings have not changed and are still set to go to sleep after 15 minutes. When the computer was updating it did get stuck on a reboot. I had
    to shut it down manually and restart it. After I did that I rechecked for updates and it said my computer is up to date.

    Hibernate mode Vs Sleep Vs Hybrid sleep.

    It was enabled *Big Grin Desktop reboots instead of going to sleep - Happens if manually told to go to sleep or at... :D

    So, when i go to start - shutdown and press Sleep is it in Hybrid sleep mode instead sleep?

    When computers sleep..

    Some of the older 775 boards don't sleep so well. Try manually putting it to sleep and see what happens. The mouse or keyboard may be keeping it awake. Of course check your sleep settings
