Windows 10: Desktop refresh and browsing/attached file shuttering

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Method 1:

I suggest you clear the Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on theMore actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Edge.

2. Select Settings and click on
Choose what to clear.

3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on
Clear.

Browsing downloads and attaching problem

Hi ,

While browsing i have downloaded some files as required like PDF and images, but those files i am unable to browse any where even after connecting it to PC.

Next i cannot attach the documents with the default mail configuration or through internet explorer.

and there is no file browser in the Phone OS
