Windows 10: desktop replaced with blackscreen,taskmanager works

Discus and support desktop replaced with blackscreen,taskmanager works in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hi everyone this is gonna be a bit of a lengthy post so stay with me.     desktop replaced with blackscreen,taskmanager works


    Hi everyone this is gonna be a bit of a lengthy post so stay with me. It has been 1 month since my laptop backscreens, I had upgraded to win 11 3 weeks before the black screen and had no other problems. during the first couple of days the black screen was there for 10 mins or so and everything went back to normal then the duration started increasing. sometimes like very rarely when my laptop had been on for like 10 hours straight or so it comes back to normalvery rarely even when I keep it on hibernate but the task bar is missing. what I mean by black screen is that

    Hi,

    I would like to know if you're still having this issue with MS Store and Taskmanager. In line with this, kindly provide the following information:

    • What is the error message when running MS Store and Taskmanager?
    • Were there any changes made before this issue came up?
    • What is the build and version of your Windows 10? To find out which version of Windows your PC is running, press Windows logo key + R, type
      winver, then select OK.
    • What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

    Random blackscreen after logging in task manager NOT working and safe mode still shows a blackscreen

    As I said I tried these steps except some because I have to acces my desktop through Safe mode but unfortunately I can't it still showing blackscreen, thank you even if it didn't help me but you tried have a good day !

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.
