Windows 10: Desktop still giving power to my usb ports even after shutting down, and won't show any...

I've shut down my computer but everything that's powered from the usb besides my keyboard is still on, not only that's the issue, my computer won't connect to any display, not my monitor nor my tv

Windows Shut down message to USB port

I'd like to be able to inform a USB device from a PC, laptop or Surface when the user performed a Windows shut down. The USB device does not use the power from the USB port that it is attached too and has it's own power supply. So the5v power form the USB port does not help in this case.

I'd like to know when the PC that the device is attached to is going t to power down. Is there any messages that can be send to USB port to let the USB devices know that Windows is shutting down?

 

Installing generic printer usb port not showing

Hello, yes the printer is turned on, it works fine this printer since last week I was using it with my old computer, I already try in all 3 usb ports, and in Devixe Manager it shows as "unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed).

Any suggestions?
