  1. Desktop Win Manager and Dsktp Integration Prcs Using 12% CPU when Idle

Maybe these have been running for a while and I simply haven't noticed it , but now it is really bothering me now. There are two processes running that are using up around 15% of my CPU even during idle which I think is high considering I have a 3770k overclocked at 4.2. The two processes are desktop window manager and desktop integration process. Desktop Window Manager uses around 8-9% and Desktop Integration Process uses 5-7%. Is there any way to stop that so my CPU idle isn't so relatively high?

    :)

  2. Runtimebroker is extremely consuming proccesor resources

i updated to win 10 from win 8.1

the problem is when i was on win 8.1, i never felt temprature issues , only while gaming cpu gets hot

when i updated to win 10 , in the idle state with some internet browsing the laptop feels extremly hot , and battery drains so quick

i checked the task manager to know which processes consume cpu i found runtimebroker.exe with 41 % of cpu usage

when ending this task cpu usage decrease and my laptop cools down .happend several times which makes my laptop very uncomfortable to use.

i know whats runtime broker is but since windows 10 its consuming more resources than ever making it extremely hot in

idle mode ,actually the time i am writing this the laptop gained heat and runtimebroker.exe is running again.

  3. Windows 10 Power management

Windows 10 uses more CPU when idle than when in use. Please fix this.

Background processes, such as virus scanning, consume all available CPU when idle, as indicated by fans running at full speed when the computer is unattended, even on a laptop. This would seem to undo all efficiencies due to CPU throttling, power management
etc. that were introduced since the "Energy Star" generation of PCs.

    A new VW?
