    I got a new laptop Lenovo Legion pro 7i 13900HX + RTX 4080 a couple weeks ago and have been battling issues ever since. The most prominent and insufferable is periodic screen freezing for 3-5 seconds. I noticed that this most commonly occurred when I alt-tabbed or shift-tabbed in browsers. I also noticed that this was usually accompanied by high GPU spikes from Desktop Window Manager. I've read that 100% GPU usage can cause screen freezing so this makes sense. What I don't understand is why dwm is using so much GPU for seemingly no reason. Through reading countless "fix dwm high GPU" guides,
