Windows 10: Desktop/windows explorer keeps crashing when right-clicking certain apps

When I'm on my desktop, when I right-click certain apps, I can't click anything on the desktop after doing that. It only fixes on restart or restarting windows explorer in task manager. It doesn't even open the menu you get when you right-click. I can still open things in my taskbar and search bar, but I can't return to the desktop by pressing the bottom right corner bit. This happens on a few random apps that have no correlation, and persists even when I put them in different spots. Might be unrelated, but the xbox app keeps crashing when I try to open it aswell.

It's a WIN 7 glitch, Registry problem. Could be caused by a lot of apps, especially AV/AS.

edit: haha, i just noticed that the snipping tool is completely gone from my system, it was there the other day, now its gone and its backup in winsxs wont run....god i hate windows. heck with it, i'm formatting

Download: ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows
NOTE: download version 1.97 or later, else Restart Explorer won't work in step 4

1. This program does not require installation, just right click and run as Administrator
2. From the menu, click on Options then click on Filter by Extension Type and select Context Menu. Also put check marks as shown
   
   
   
3. Click on the screen, Hold down CTRL Key+A to select all then click on the red button on top left corner to disable all.
4. Click on the Options again and select Restart Explorer
5. Now try to right click on desktop to see if it fixes your problem. If it does then start to enable one by one and repeat step 4 until the problem occurs again, that's the offending extension.
