Windows 10: Desktop Windows Manager Crashing - Happening sporadically and repeatedly when playing games

Hello There,Starting on 12/9/2023 my PC started experiencing a type of crash I've not experienced before while playing Fortnite. On 12/15/2023 I installed City Skylines: II which from the Xbox PC Game Pass app and began playing 12/14/23, but only a couple of times. Starting on 12/21/2023 it began happening more frequently, and is now happening multiple times per day. When the error occurs I will still have sound but the screen will suddenly go black and the display will report that it isn't receiving a signal. It always occurs while playing a game, so far in City Skylines II, Baldur's Gate

BSOD sporadic and usually playing games

Hi guys

So I have been having sporadic blue screens and they are usually during game play. I play multiple different games, but what I have noticed is that Battlefield 5 or Planetside 2 will crash straight to desktop no error, then when I play another game, soon I may get a bluescreen. This happened daily for a while and I was quite anxious because my PC is important to me. So with some googling I did these things.

These problems only came about after recently updated to 1903

Memtest no errors
Reseated GPU and RAM
Checked cables
DDU and reinstalled graphics drivers
Checked drivers outdated and updated everything in device manager

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
