  1. Desktop Windows Manager eats up all the RAM after the latest update

In the last couple of days,I noticed that the Windows I have on screen start to lag significantly after a while; as in,they move in slow motion and the cursor as well. I checked task manager and Desktop Windows manager is the task that eats up by far the most memory. More than Chrome while it's running. How do i fix this? It didn't exactly use to be this way up until this point.

    -tried sfc/scanow

    -Ran windows defender offline test

    -Disabled the startup impacts

    - Nothing is running

    -Installed windows few times

-Made an iso of win10 with windows media creator and reinstalled again.

-Removed all apps with high potential risk

-Tried all fixes that are suggested in windows community and youtube.

    Web account manager eats cpu

When I start Movies & Tv on my Surface 3 with the latest Windows updates installed, Web Account Manager eats
all available cpu, and I usually have to turn of the computer using the power button since I don't have a keyboard for the device. It started when I installed Windows version 1903.

The problem briefly went away when I installed the updates that was released on august's patch Tuesday, but is has now returned.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix the problem once and for all?
