Windows 10: Desktop windows manager using 1.5 gb of vram, I only have 8 gb vram

so I have a 4060 and I am using windows 11. my processor is ryzen 7 3700x, and the version is 23h2. I notice that my desktop window manager uses 1.5 gb of vram, so I lost a lot of vram. these are my specs: please help. thx

Forza horizon 5 not utilising full VRAM

I have a RTX 4070ti that has 12 GB of VRAM and forza horizon 5 is only utilising 10 GB of VRAM leading to low performance

i see in setting of pes 18 VRAM = 2746.9 GB that can be possible ? and the game is not open end what is the solution?

Will program work with Dedicated vram increase?

Im looking to buy/use Pinnacle Studio with a new laptop that has 128gb vram. I increased the dedicated vram to 1280 gb. I’d like to run Pinnacle Studio on it which requires 256gb of vram. Will i be ok to buy the program and run it? Or will the dedicated
vram loophole not work since the 256 gb vram is a system requirement to use the program?
