Windows 10: Desktop won't show but Explorer.exe is running.

    Desktop won't show but Explorer.exe is running.


    Please, answer to this question as fast as possible please.Yesterday, my PC was working fine until today, the desktop did not show after login. HOWEVER, in Task Manager, Explorer.exe was shown as a running process. I tried restarting it MULTIPLE times, but no luck. Both process and the Computer.

    Internet Explorer 9 won't run

    That's the exact problem i'm having. I did the first two and nothing happens, but when I try and do the troubleshooting step I don't have the internet explorer performance troubleshooter. Oddly both my x64 systems don't have it but my x86 one does.
