Windows 10: Desktop's Bluetooth Broken Only on Windows

So my desktop PC's Bluetooth is entirely broken when using Windows 11, even after a completely fresh install. I know it isn't the PC's Bluetooth module, because when running any other operating system such as any Linux distribution, for example, the Bluetooth works flawlessly. Running the troubleshooter doesn't seem to detect anything.

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision

I suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

Please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Change View by from Category
  to Small Icons.
• Now click on Troubleshooting.
• On the left side of the Troubleshooting window, click on “View all”.
• Click on Hardware and Devices. Please provide a password if asked for it and click
  ok.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Update Bluetooth driver software

Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Search for the Bluetooth driver.
• Right-click on the Bluetooth Driver
  and select Update Driver Software.
• Restart your system.

@aasim1111 I have this one, it doesn't show that it supports A2DP in the specs but I think it'll work, otherwise send a mail to Asus and ask.
