    The bold text above pop-ups to the screen of my laptop and Its preventing me to shut down my laptop. Can you help me fix this.

    Based on your description this may be an issue involving OneDrive. Please see if this method can be solved.

    Make sure your Windows is up to date then try to reinstall OneDrive:

    Windows Start Menu > Settings > Applications > find Microsoft OneDrive then uninstall. Now reboot machine > Win+R > type “C:\Windows\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe” as reinstall > Enter to see if it works.

    Tip: Uncheck preview updates for the OneDrive Insider Program before release. Maybe version is unstable.
