Windows 10: Desperately need to disable or bypass "If you shut down now, you and other people using...

Hi all, Win 11 is horrible - and it is wasting my time with the following warning/control feature:"If you shut down now, you and other people using this PC, could lose unsaved work."In the past, I could simply hibernate my PC and walk out the door. Now, it's like a game of roulette, but the chamber has four bullets in it out of five, instead of just one. Sure, I can set my computer to hibernate, but four out of five times, I arrive home with the PC *still* on or with a dead battery because it literally wakes back up from hibernation to provide this warning, "If you shut down now, you and

Ways to bypass the login theme and signin do not work

Tried setting netplwiz in option 1 step 4 which shows no check in users must enter ..... no bypass of login

Tried step 4 in option 5 below to disable require sign-on on wakeup via policy via registry but still no change on wakeup still getting the screen picture that requires hitting Esc to move to the sign in window which shows a silhouette image, my user name and a sign in button in order to access my desktop screen. Guess I will have to live with the extra steps.

People Bar is not showing up.

The missing People Bar could have been disabled when you turn off your computer. To properly diagnose this issue, we would like to know more about the issue by asking the following questions below:

• What is the last action taken before you turn off the computer?
  
• What build and version of Windows 10 do you have installed on your computer?
• Have you attempted to perform any of the troubleshooting steps?

To enable people icon on your taskbar, we suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

• Click on the Start button on Windows 10 and choose Settings.
• Next, open the Settings app and choose Personalization icon.
• select Taskbar to open all taskbar settings.
• Look for People section, turn on Show people on the taskbar to show the People bar from the taskbar.

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.
