Windows 10: Despite having English as my main keyboard, two additional English US are added

The bottom two are added after restart even though English United Kingdom is set as primary. My settings are as follow:Which means I can't even get rid of the US ones. How do I do that and stop it from reappearing?

English (United States) for adding language is greyed.

The step where a list of optional languages are displayed.

The US English is presently not installed, and there is no other language except a base language which came with W10 22H2. Edit: So I just installed the US English. That is it. The US English is greyed because I took the first step of "Add Language" and forgot completing whole steps.

 

Multiple English keyboard

Hi,
I have on my Win10 (OS Build 18362.418) 3 languages: Hebrew, English (US) and English (UK).
I don't need the last one and I don't understand why do I have it.
Any suggestions?

Multiple English keyboard

Before removing the English [UK] keyboard layout, do confirm that your keyboard is not an English [UK] one.
- On English [UK] keyboards the 2 key also has the " symbol on it.
- On English [US] keyboards the 2 key also has the @ symbol on it.
If yours is not an English [UK] layout then the Tutorial you have a link to is the right way to go.
