Windows 10: Destop Unusable After Recent Upgrade

I am furious with MS. The upgrade last week week crashed my computer. I have a blurred screen and three icons bottom right with options only to shut down/restart, narrator, WiFi only. I am unable to run in safe mode or use any F keys. MS support at Twitter suggests I use another pc, download from a link provided and I guess copy to CD and run on my desktop. This is confusing and a lot of work for me as I am very busy. My pc is not even two years old. MS caused this failure and they should foot the bill for a professional repair.

Resizing destop

I understand how frustrating it could be when the computer doesn’t work as it is supposed to. We will look into this for you. However, we will need some information from you:

• When you say, “it still resizing all my windows and moving some to the sides” may I know which windows are you referring to?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to update the graphics driver and check if that resolves the issue. Please follow the steps from

Update drivers in Windows 10.

I would also suggest you to post a screenshot of the issue that you are facing, so that we can view it for you and assist you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Please refer how to include a screenshot
in your postto upload the screenshot.

Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking the screenshot.
