Windows 10: Destop wallpaper stuck in weird blue color

I already searched trying to find the solution, but mine is a bit different. The wallpaper is a solid blue, no apps or anything, the bottom menu is gone, so I can't click on chrome to open a tab, I can't go to laptop settings, when i minimize the tabs, they become small, rectangle and black. I cant even do screenshots to show whats happening. Everything goes to normal when i restart or shutdown.

Wallpaper (background) color

Hi Aaron,

I realize that the background color changed from blue to black. I will try to help you with this issue.

  Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
  

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Suggest you to refer to this article to check if that helps.

Further you may also want to ensure that default theme is selected. Follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + I to get the Settings screen.
  
• 
  Click Personalization and select Themes.
  
• 
  Click on Theme Settings to select Windows Default Themes.

Cortana's Font Color (Blue) is impossible to read when she responds to me

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are trying to change the font color for Cortana on your PC, I suggest you to follow the step mentioned below:

Steps:

1. Type ‘Color settings’ in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Tap on the ‘Color’ option.
   
3. Uncheck ‘Automatically pick an accent color from my background’.
   
4. You can select the preferred color, under
   Windows colors.
   
5. You can click on Cortana and you will be able to notice the color that was selected.

Weird colors on 5610 (red)

I've a problem with my 5610. The colors on the screen are totally wrong!

If i start the phone then i get a blue screen with NOKIA written on in dark blue letters. (normally this would be a white screen). I get al those weird colors like blue, red, green, yellow,... on my menu's and all that stuff. Normally the basic colors are
red & black. I still can read my text messages and all neccesary stuff but i can't take picture anymore because the colors aren't what they supposed to be.

I have my phone almost a year.

Can anyone pleas help me?
