Windows 10: Details Section of Task Manager Blank, Add Bluetooth Device and Display Settings Freeze PC...

Hello,I have been experiencing strange issues with Windows 11 for some time now. I have tried an in place upgrade to see if it would resolve the issues and that didn't work. I do not wish to clean install windows as it would be ALOT of work to reinstall all the programs I have installed and setup over the years. For starters when I load up Task Manager the Details section is blank completely. If I try to do too much it freezes task manager and I have to double click the X for it to close. I am having another issue where I cannot add a Bluetooth device. My PC recognizes an Xbox controller but d

No Bluetooth in Device Manager

Is it a PC or Laptop? PCs usually do not come with Bluetooth unless advertised. There is a switch in the firmware settings that may lead to disappearing Bluetooth in the device manager. Refer to the manual for detailed steps.

You may want to answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

1. Are you getting any error message?
   
2. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
   
3. Did you try paring Android mobile to PC?
   

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1:

Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone which you link to pair on Windows PC.

Note: Turn on Bluetooth on iPhone, tap settings, tap Bluetooth, and then turn on Bluetooth.

1. Open settings on Windows 10 PC
   
2. Select Devices and select Bluetooth
   
3. Below Manage Bluetooth devices select, turn on the Bluetooth option.
   
   
4. Windows 10 will start searching for Bluetooth devices, in few seconds, your IPhone name will appear in manage Bluetooth devices sections.
   
5. Click on pair button
   
6. It will prompt for the passcode on Windows 10 PC
   
7. Check whether passcode is appearing on your IPhone
   
8. Click Yes button on your PC, and then tap pair option on your IPhone to pair with Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth.

Can't Find Bluetooth on device manager.

This may be caused by a corrupt or an outdated driver. It may also be caused by an incorrect device connection setup.

We suggest that you check Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10: FAQ. Please perform the steps on the following
topics to resolve your issue:

• How can I automatically fix common Bluetooth problems?
• The Bluetooth toggle is missing in Bluetooth & other devices settings or can't be turned on.
• Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown device listed in the Device Manager.

If the issue still persists, kindly give us more details by answering the following questions:

• Have you done any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• Have you tried your Bluetooth device with another computer and check if you were able to use it?
