Windows 10: Déverrouiller Bitlocker sur Windows11

BonjourCe matin à l’ouverture du Pc, écran bleu, Windows bloqué et BitLocker demande la clé d’identification. Ok pas de problème, je récupère la clé de 48 chiffres dans mon compte Microsoft.Lorsque je copie la clé dans BitLocker, malheureusement le Pc reste bloqué.Je suis vraiment très mal, car pas de sauvegarde.Est-ce que quelqu’un peut me conseiller.Avec mes remerciementsCordialement

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.

• iCloud Drive can be deactivated after switching off the iCloud Drive option “Folder 'Desktop' & 'Documents'”.
• Unlocking the system settings may fail despite entering an administrator password.
• Pressing the globe button may not open the "Emojis & Symbols" area.

Some features may not be available in all regions or on all Apple devices.
