    My Windows 10 is malfunctioning and won't play out my music or voice notes everything has been scarmbled I've tried to fix and troubleshoot the audio setting but still it's not working, I can't listen to voice notes and if I send a voice it's not audible, I have tried resetting all the device back to normal default but it still won't work, I have installed drivers and it's still the same, I don't know what is wrong with the device and drivers on my windows 10 but at the moment I'm trying to update to windows 11 maybe there will be any progress at all. Please help me I really need to fix this p
