Device camera cannot be detected/not attached

Hello, everyone. I am using coby laptop model: NBPC 1638.

My camera was working fine. However, all of the sudden, it won't be detected; I cannot use it anymore. I don't know what caused this problem: the 2020 windows update or what? When I opened my camera it showed me this:

Device camera cannot be detected/not attached fec8a8d1-9cba-4696-9efc-9a2d43fbd642?upload=true.png

I tried searching my camera in the device manager but, it isn't there.

Then, I clicked show hidden devices but still the same - camera is not there.

And my computer says my windows is up to date.

How could I fix this? I badly need help because I need my laptop for my online classes. I would be very grateful for some replies. Thank you.

    :)

Device camera cannot be detected/not attached

Nikon D5300 camera detected as COM, not portable device

As title says, when connecting a Nikon D5300 camera to my desktop it appears as a serial (COM6) device in device manager.
It should be detected as a portable device. (As it does when connected to my laptop)

It is not shown in Explorer and no software for the camera detects it, including Nikon software which is tested for Win10 compatibility. (image transfer and remote control)
