Windows 10: Device DISPLAY\CHIBD1B\5&122ca89d&0&UID4352 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

I have a identical dual monitor setup. A month ago I was running out of space from my boot drive so I bought a 2tb hard drive and migrated the system to it, the migration failed when I tried to startup with the new drive. I then checked the drive for errors and malfunctions and the 2tb drive was fine, then cloned the boot hd to the same 2tb hd, started the computer and windows started, but my second monitor don't have the same resolution of the other one.I then reinstalled the original boot drive and the problem persisted! I tried everything unistalling the monitors drivers and reinstalling them, I unistall and reinstall the graphic drivers, I checked the cables, I use a different monitor, that worked fine, I then used the monitor that had the problem to another pc and it worked fine. I then looked at the properties and the (bad) monitor is reconised, but when you go to windows settings -> display it says vga monitor, when the other is displayed correctly, looked at the events of the
(bad) monitor and I find the above problem, the other monitor has no warning or issues, now the are identical monitors and before the cloning of the system was perfect. I am a pc engineer and for the good of god I cannot find what is the problem... I getting headaches because I cannot fix what it should be I easy problem... Any ideas???

Projector not working - not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match

It is possible MS update installed an incompatible driver and that is why it is saying Device DISPLAY\CHRC378\4&2e2e29c0&2&UID198147 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

There is no rollback option for the Generic PnP monitor, dfriver. There was one for the Intel (R) HD graphics family adapter so I rolled that back to no effect. It still says device display not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

I've had another go at pointing driver updater to the correct driver by using I have disk or search for driver/s manually to no effect.

After installed 2017-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4048955) , device not migrated shows.

I've updated all the chip drivers on the Dell using the Dell Support assistant.

I've deleted and re-installed the software and driver numerous times.

I ran sfc /scannow from the administrator cmd promt.

All to no avail. Please can you advise?
