Windows 10: Device Drivers Error Code 12. Win OS Build 17134.376

For over a year now, 4 of my drivers have been showing me Error Code 12 and Error Code 10 repeatedly. If I hibernate or shut down my computer, when I boot next, 1 out of roughly every 5 times, all these drivers run into errors.

If this happens, my wifi driver has an x on it. There is no wifi available in Settings under Network & Internet. I can't use my touchpad. There is no Touchpad available in Settings under Devices. The Bluetooth icon in my Action centre is not available either.

These are the 4 drivers:
Wifi driver (Qualcomm),
Bluetooth driver (Qualcomm),
Touchpad driver (Elantech), and
Intel USB Extensible Host Controller

I have an Acer Aspire ES1-512 laptop. I've had live chats with Microsoft and no one has been able to resolve this beyond repeatedly asking me to run SFC scans and/or suggesting I reset again; Acer hasn't been able to help either.

This issue first started in May 2017 and I've been unable to resolve it after system restore, clean boot, and system reset (with and without "keeping my files"). System File Checker scans don't pop up with any issue. Nor does the DISM tool.

I've un-installed and re-installed all of these drivers in different permutations and combinations, to no avail.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Multiple device drivers with Code 52 leading to a myriad of other errors

Hello,

Let us first resolve the Code 52 error before proceeding with reinstalling Windows 10. We suggest that you uninstall the drivers that are indicated with a yellow triangle and then re-install if from device's support site. Here are the steps:

• Search for Device Manager.
• Look for the drivers you are referring to.
• Right-click on it and then choose Uninstall.
• Download the driver from the device's support site.

Let us know how it goes.

 

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Before i did all in place upgrade the previous it works fine except the windows got so many corrupt updates
but after i did upgrade win10 build i got this problem error 28
so it means that the missing driver is because the driver is not compatible with this windows version?

so i dont think step 5 in the link will the problem? because the hardware works fine in the previous windows version/build
already did step 1 to reboot but the problem still exist
and for step 4 i already check win update but no result,did searching but didnt found the patch/pack to solve this problem

as for step 2 and 3, i hope you can guide me how to find the driver. im tootaly noob here. i dont even the function of each driver that i downloaded. is it intel chippset driver that cause this problem?

^the problem, everytime i plug a device on the usb hub, it will appear on the unknown device
