Windows 10: Device Encryption options for "Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language"

Hey team,Me and my friends had couple of Laptops which are all ASUS and having "Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language" version. Some of them are having Device encryption option and some of them are not having either device encryption or BitLocker Drive Encryption .Not sure why. In the laptops which are not having the Device encryption are showing like below in the system information --> Device encryption support.Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not&

How to replace a language in Windows 10 Single Language ?

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Appreciate your interest in using Windows 10.

To change the language, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Go to settings.
• Time & Language.
• Region & Language.
• Add a language. Select required language (UK English/US English).

Make it default by clicking on it and choosing "set as default". Go to options and download language pack.

Yes it is possible to change the language on Windows 10 Single Language

Device Encryption

On one of my laptop which came pre-installed with Windows 10 Home Single Language there is an option for "Device Encryption"





But on my other laptop which came pre-installed with Windows 10 Home there is no such option, no device encryption.

Microsoft has clearly specified that Bitlocker and device encryption would be available for Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise Then how is this option available on one of my Windows device and not on the other (both Home version)
