Windows 10: Device giving an error on startup

Whenever I start my laptop, it says the following:"RecoveryYour PC/Device needs to be repairedThe operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors File: \WINDOWS\system32\config\systemError code: 0xc0000017"Sorry I couldn't give an image, the image fails to upload every time.It gives options to troubleshoot, try again, and show Startup Settings, though try again and startup settings just bring me back to the page, meaning the only option is troubleshooting, which I have tried everything I could think of.This laptop has so many files that are

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

Which apps (list them) give you this error?

Can you post a screenshot?

Method 1:

Perform Startup Repair. Follow the steps:
