    Device is offline, can't sign in


    I am attempting to sign into my Asus Vivobook Laptop. When I try to sign in using the fingerprint or PIN it tells me that the device is offline and I need to use the password I used when I last signed in. These are the only options available to me when I sign in, the laptop will not let me connect to the internet or boot it in safe mode. Am I just SOL?
