Windows 10: Device keeps crashing, suspect an issue with RAM

Hi all,I've had my PC for about 5 months. I had some trouble getting it to work properly to begin with as it required a Bios update to suit the newer model CPU. It works 'OK' now, but it still crashes irregularly, sometimes under load and sometimes just idling.Below is a .zip file of the last 5 crashes, can someone help me figure this out to help my PC work smoother?Dump files.zip

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Weird issue, suspect ram is QMODA but not sure?

Some laptops are picky about memory. That laptop uses a VIA VN800 chipset and here is the 200 pin DDR2 SODIMM list that is verified on VN800 platform.

I suspect the ram is, either, not compatible or you got a bad stick.

Edit:

Newegg has this and PNY lists it as compatiable with your laptop.

 

Windows 10 keeps crashing

There are many possible reasons why the computer will keeps on crashing. One of which is missing or corrupted system files. For us to further isolate the issue, we suggest answering the following questions:

• What exactly are you accessing/doing when the computer crashes?
• Were you still able to login to the computer after it happens?
• Can you send us a screenshot of the error messages or mini dump that you've received?
