Windows 10: Device limit is not working as intended on family safety feature

Hi, I am trying to set a time limit on my child’s computer using the family safety app. I set this to two hours across all devices, the time limit has been reached, and on the app is says the “Time limit reached today” however my child is still able to use his computer. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. What I am after is to set one time limit regardless of what apps he uses this time. I am setting time limits for both the device and some apps, is this causing the issue? Thanks is advance..

Family Safety limits are not working

My Family Safety time limits are not working for one of my children, the other child's limits work just fine. I have tried all of the suggestions I could find in the community; account is verified, all updates done, I have even tried deleting the account
from the family and then adding it back(that worked for a couple days). How can I resolve this issue?
