Windows 10: Device Manager - Base System Devices and Unknown Devices driver updates

Hi, After googling for couple days I've seen some solutions on Microsoft forums and I am writing in hopes of finding help here. I am currently on Windows 10. System Hardware; Motherboard: MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI DDR4CPU: i5 12600KGPU: NVIDIA 3070 Missing 2 drivers mentioned below; 1.Device Manager – Other Devices – Base System Device - Hardware ID; PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_464F&SUBSYS_7E061462&REV_02. - Events tab; "Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_464F&SUBSYS_7E061462&REV_02\3&11583659&

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

 

Unknown Device on ATI X800XL after 6.4 driver update

Hi forum,
I just updated my X800XL driver, (to cat 6.4) from the ATI driver site. After restart Win XP hardware wizard poped up with an unknown device, no driver found. I went to the device manager, and in the unknown divice properties, located on Redeon X800 series. Anyone got any idea what this might be?

I am most grateful for your advice. It's looking like the Intel management engine device is the culprit, but I don't seem to be able to replace it.

When I went into device manager properties/Details/Hardware Ids for the unknown device I got this

When I googled those, I didn't find much that made any sense to me, so I located, downloaded and ran as administrator the update for the Intel management engine device. I got this:

Oooops, sorry it is so small. What the error message says is that "the setup program failed to start one or more application processes. Setup will exit."

Where do you suggest I go from here? Can I get there from here?
