Windows 10: device manager is safe mode shows exclamation mark

i have been having some bsod and screen freezes very frequently no one has been successful in finding out my pc real problem and i just checked my device manager in safe mode and it shows these which i think is a hint to my problems

Is it safe to delete items in Device Manager marked with "exclamation mark"

After Win7 to Win10 upgrade in Device Manager I have noticed 3 items marked with exclamation mark. I can't figure it out to which devices are these yellow signs belonging. Is it safe to delete these 3 entries from Device Manager. Must I select "Uninstall"
or can I simply delete entries. Thank you!

Which one do you think matters, an exclamation mark or a BSOD?
I don't care about the exclamation marks.

Yes, you are correct. If any device is marked with Exclamation mark that means those drivers are not working properly.

If you have connected any external device to your system, then I suggest you to first safely remove those devices and then uninstall the drivers. It will not create any problem.
