Windows 10: Device Manager keeps refreshing and my keyboard stops working

I am having an issue where my keyboard keeps running into a huge input lag, then after a second or two everything will be typed at once. Other times it won't take anything as an input when I am typing. This happens if I switch out my keyboard so I do not believe it is a problem with my keyboard. I have tried updating my drivers for everything, upgraded to Windows 11 from 10, and did a full reset of everything on my pc. I have that when the issue happens my device manager will refresh. I understand this means that a device is being disconnected and I think this is the issue. The windows USB dis

Device Manager Keeps on Refreshing

Does any of the devices show a question mark? If possible have you checked to see if any of your devices are loose? If you have any USB devices plugged in can you unplug them to see if Device Manager stops refreshing?

 

Built in keyboard not working

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG GL553VD Notebook Computer and a few weeks ago the keyboard stopped working. After a few restarts it worked again, but today the problem came back, and was not fixed by any amount of restarting. Several people on past posts said to reinstall they Keyboard driver, but there was no Keyboard section in the Device Manager. I am currently resetting the laptop to factory settings to see if that fixes the issue. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Bluetooth doesn't work and device manager keeps refreshing.

My bluetooth stopped working and when I went to device manager to trubbleshoot I saw that it kept refreshing every 2-3 seconds. If I disable or uninstall the bluetooth driver device manager stops refreshing but the problem is that I still don't have bluetooth. I have reinstalled the driver checked for corrupt files and even performed a fresh install of windows but that didn't fix the problem.
